Bo is enthusiastically pursuing the goal of 1,000 units under management in the next 5 years.
Bo is currently a Captain in the US Army, where he serves as an Infantry Officer. He is currently serving as the Commander of an Infantry Company of 260 Soldiers at Ft. Benning, GA. His other military positions and accolades include graduation from Ranger School, a deployment to Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division in support of Operation Inherent Resolve, and the leader of the “Presidential Escort Platoon” as a member of the prestigious “Old Guard” in Washington D.C.
His other real estate experience includes short-term rental properties, house-hacking, and BRRRR method. He currently has more than $10M assets under management across 186 units. .
Bo’s married to the most wonderful women he knows, Tara Layne and three beautiful children under the age of 4.

As a Senior Advisor with a national brokerage company, Scott specializes in commercial investment real estate sales and consulting, and has earned national recognition including a spot in firms President’s Club, and has received the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors “Rookie of the Year” and “Transaction of the Year” awards.
Prior to becoming a real estate investor, Scott spent 21 years as a Vice President for a national bank originating financing for large investment real estate projects. In this role he gained experience in transaction underwriting, finance, construction and an extensive understanding of cash flow models and metrics that are critical to real estate investment.
Like Bo, Scott is passionate about real estate investing and growing a portfolio of quality Midwest assets. Scott believes that applying a professional and customized management strategy to each property is key to unlocking hidden value.
Outside of work, Scott volunteers with many community organizations and is past President of of HOPE Inc., a non-profit organization that provides first-time homebuyer education, foreclosure prevention counseling, and sponsors Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) projects. Scott and his wife Holly reside in Evansville with their two sons Kaiden and Jaxon, daughter Bailee, and two grandchildren.
